Dynamic rates of the Bank development, entering new geographical markets, expansion of the spectrum of services, using the new banking technologies, need the necessity of permanent changes in the organizational structure of the bank and building such structure which could react quickly on the market opportunities.
JSC “KREDOBANK” is the bank with the biggest polish and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development investment into the bank organization of Ukraine. As for today the authorized capital of JSC “KREDOBANK” consists of 98.18% of the foreign investment and 1.82% of the Ukrainian capital.
JSC "KREDOBANK"- was founded in Lviv and registered in Goverement Bank of former USSR on May 14 1990 year. The Bank, on 14 October 1991, is reregistered in National Bank of Ukraine. To 2002 year the Bank was known as JSC "West Ukrainian Commercial Bank" and from July 2002 to 01.03.2006 - JSC "Kredit Bank (Ukraina)".
