“in-forming” is the modern service for the distant access and the card account control for JSC “Kredobank” card holders.
You can quick and simple manage the balance of Your private account with the Internet service.
The “in-forming” service helps You:
receive the information about funds balance on card account and payment card;
form and stipulate statements regarding operations relying with card use for the exact period of time;
block and release payment cards in the internal system of Processing center in case of rubbery or loss;
For using this service, You need just to turn to the closest Bank branch and connect to the simplest and convenient channel of the distant access!
Rules for using this service:
For accessing to the service in-forming , it’s necessary to enter the internet – page of the Bank (www.kredytbank.com.ua) in the section “e- banking / in-forming “, activate (press) indicator - "in-forming". During the time of the first authorization (entering the login and the password ) the Client must change the password in the special dialogue window and keep it in secret. The password must consist of six symbols and have obligatory letters (Latin alphabet) , and numbers.
After successful authorization (entering the right user’s name and password) the list of payment cards, which are connected to the card account, and the list of available operations will appear on the screen , besides: - balance on the account for the target date; the possibility of re-checking the balance on the card account on the exact date; - the statement by the account – the possibility to form the statement by card account for exact period of time with including or excluding the blocked amounts (holds) and not successful operations.It’s said the current balance on the account in the statement, and also the list of all made operations for chosen period of time with mentioning the type, the sum and the month of providing the operations by each card. - change of password 1 and 2.
Chosen the exact payment card (double click on the left button of the mouse), the Client can make these operations: stipulating the BPC (balance payment card) balance – possibilty to know the current balance of the card (active, blocked)· changing the BPC status – block the payment card with the following putting it to the inside stop –list of Processing center and to unblock the card, which was blocked by using the operation. The operation for unblocking is accepted additionally by password 2.· the statement about chosen BPC – forming the statement by exact payment card;· the change of the password 1 and 2;
Clicking the button “EXIT” , the Client can enter the main menu of services and finish the work on card account.
The Client must secure the information privacy for password entering and keep the whole responsibility for disclosing it to the strangers.
Monthly subscriber payments for the distant access operations to the accounts with the in-forming service:

Payment for providing the statement by card account or clients BPC with the service support:
1,00 UAH./ 0,20 USD/ 0,20 EUR for each statement
Payment for providing the information about the balance on the Clients card account with the service support:
0,50 UAH/0,10 USD/ 0,10 EUR for each inquiry
Payment for blocking and putting the card into the inside stop-list with the service support (card release – free of charge):
