In Lviv on September 18 during the special general session of JSC “KREDOBANK” stock holders, the decision about the authorized capital increase by 130 820 000 UAH was approved and the eighteenth emission of the bank’s shares was declared.
“KREDOBANK” has become the winner of “Gold Symbol” competition and received 4 diplomas, 3 medals, and named as “Producer of the best domestic commodities of 2008 year in the nomination “Bank Services”.
The special general session of JSC “KREDOBANK” stock holders took place in Lviv on February 19, during which the changes of the private structure of Supervisory Council and the Inspection Commission of the bank were approved. Also the stock holders were introduced with the information regarding changes in the personal structure of the Board and proved the changes and additions to the Bank statute.
