The stockholdes of the bank renewed the structure of the Supervisory Council and the Inspection Commission

The special general session of JSC “KREDOBANK” stock holders took place in Lviv on February 19, during which the changes of the private structure of Supervisory Council and the Inspection Commission of the bank were approved. Also the stock holders were introduced with the information regarding changes in the personal structure of the Board and proved the changes and additions to the Bank statute.
